Payments

The payment methods accepted by Baldiflex are: Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Satispay, Bank Transfer, Pagolight and Scalapay.

Credit card

For payment by credit card, the charge is made upon shipment of the products. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

PayPal

For payments via PayPal, please refer to the conditions and terms of use of PayPal services. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with the Site.

To pay with PayPal, the customer only needs a free PayPal account. In the account registration procedure on www.paypal.com, the buyer enters his bank details only once - for any other payment procedure he only needs to log in to his PayPal account. Payments are always free of commissions for the customer, and are made by deducting the amount due from the credit present on the PayPal account, via debit note or via the credit card details present on the account.

 

Amazon Pay

For payments via Amazon Pay, please refer to the conditions and terms of use of the Amazon Pay service. The data relating to Amazon payment methods will be processed directly by Amazon and will not be transmitted or shared with the Site.

To make a payment via Amazon Pay, the user can use one of the methods available in their Amazon account.

 

Satispay

To use Satispay, the customer will have to scan the generated QR Code or enter their mobile number: the payment will take place via a push notification sent from the Satispay app to the customer's smartphone, who will only have to confirm the payment.

 

Afterpay - Pay in 3 interest-free installments

With Afterpay it is possible to pay for purchases in 3 equal installments, with monthly payments.

Baldiflex offers payment in installments on a total amount between €5 and €2000.

  • Choose the “Afterpay Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option at check out – it is available with Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Create your Afterpay account and get approved.

  • Only the first installment will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.

  • Every month (when the installment expires) Scalapay will withdraw the amount directly from the card.

  • In case of return, the payment plan will be canceled and the refund of the amount relating to the installments already paid will be automatic. 

 

Alma - Pay in 4 installments

With Alma it is possible to pay for purchases in 4 equal installments, with monthly payments.

Baldiflex offers payment in installments on a total amount between €50 and €3000.

  • Choose "Alma - Pay in 4 installments" at checkout, after clicking on “Proceed”, you will be redirected to Alma - Pay in 4 installments to complete your purchase safely.

  • Complete the requested information.

  • Payment validation arrives within minutes.

  • There are no commissions for payment.

  • Only the first installment will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.

  • Monthly payments will be automatically deducted each month – you will receive a reminder email. 

  • In case of withdrawal the payment will be canceled and all sums already paid to Alma will be refunded to you.

 

Klarna

With Klarna you can pay for your purchase by splitting the amount into 3 interest-free installments which will be charged to your card every 30 days. 

  • At checkout: select the option to pay in 3 interest-free installments and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. The process is as easy as paying with any card.
  • When your order ships: After we receive confirmation of shipping your order from the merchant, we will charge your card for the first time. Once your payment is processed, we will notify you.
  • Every 30 days: The rest of the charges on your card will occur automatically every 30 days, until the entire amount is paid off. We will inform you before each payment.

 

Bank transfer

In the case of an advance bank transfer, the relevant shipping confirmation will be sent as soon as the credit has been verified on the Provider's current account. This may take a few extra working days.

You can proceed to send a copy of the bank transfer slip to the email address info@baldiflex.it, in order to speed up the processing of the order.

Any transfer costs remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Finance with Pagolight

Baldiflex offers the possibility of requesting a "0 rate" loan for up to 24 months, with the first installment after 30 days, by choosing the payment Pagolight.

The Pagolight payment can be selected at checkout for orders from €100 to €5000.

  • Choose the option “PAGOLIGHT – Pay in interest-free installments” at checkout.

  • Choose the number of installments: Baldiflex offers zero interest by selecting up to 24 installments (the number of available installments may vary based on the characteristics of the order).

  • You will be redirected to the PAGOLIGHT website which will carry out a credit check to confirm the financing in real time.

 

Receive an invoice for your purchase

Baldi Srl makes use of the electronic commerce law for tax purposes.

Operation for VAT purposes not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice Art. 22, C.1, N. 1 DPR 633/72 and not subject to the obligation of tax certification Art. 2, Lett. 0, DPR 696/96

For each purchase made and processed, only if requested at the time of the order, a regular invoice will be issued in the name of the customer as required by the aforementioned law.

Payment of the invoice is considered fulfilled as it must be previously made during the payment procedure by PayPal, bank transfer or other agreed upon method.

The purchase tax invoice, if requested by the buyer within 48 hours from the time of purchase, is sent online in PDF format within 10 days from the date of purchase to the email address from which it is requested.

To request an invoice, you need to write an email to the address  amministrazione@baldiflex.it by entering your name, surname, tax code, order number and transaction authorization code (for credit card payments) or cro number (for bank transfer payments).

If an invoice is not requested when ordering, the aforementioned law for electronic commerce will be applied.

No invoices will be issued if requested more than 48 hours after purchase.

With the exception of those specifically indicated (Sweet anti-decubitus mattress, HD anti-decubitus mattress, Top anti-decubitus mattress), our products cannot be configured as medical-health devices, therefore they are not tax deductible. Baldi Srl is not responsible for any problems that may arise during tax certification. Furthermore, since they cannot be configured as medical-health devices, the reduced VAT rate of 4% is not applied.
