Shipping

Shipments take place on average in 5 working days from order confirmation.

For beds and sofas with a rigid structure, delivery times are 30 working days, as they are handcrafted.

All mattresses can be shipped vacuum-packed or in actual size: the choice of the most appropriate solution is made by the logistics department. If you have specific needs, please contact us after placing your order.

The vacuum-packed mattress must be opened from the nylon that protects it within 5 days of receipt. Once the package is opened, the mattress will recover 90% of its original shape in the following 3-4 hours and will reach 100% within the following 24-48 hours.

Shipping to Italy is free, including islands.

We also ship abroad at the following costs:

- France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, with free shipping for orders over €250, or shipping cost of €35 below this threshold. 

- Switzerland, Luxembourg, with a shipping cost of €50.

Floor delivery can be chosen at check out at a cost of €110 (only in Italy). Based on the volume and weight of the products ordered, any requests for increases are possible.

A collection service for used mattresses is available, the service can be selected during check-out. For each order it is possible to request the collection of 1 used mattress, multiple quantities must be agreed in advance. The collection will take place via BRT courier following SMS notification, at street level, the product must be packaged. 

We deliver throughout Italy, including the islands.

You will receive an email from Baldiflex with the shipping number and the name of the courier so you can track the package and possibly contact the courier to organize delivery.

Any requests for changes of any kind to the original order (changes of name, change of delivery address, etc.) will result in an extension of delivery times from one to several working days.
