The right of withdrawal described below can only be exercised by customers defined as "consumers" and not by those who purchase with a VAT number.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, even without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the products (or the last product delivered in case the contract relates to multiple products ordered with a single order and shipped separately).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g., by registered letter with return receipt and in advance via e-mail) must be sent to:

in which the customer expresses their decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer may use the withdrawal form provided below for this purpose, although its use is not strictly binding for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

You will need to submit, in addition to the withdrawal form:

  • The copy of the order

  • The name of the article and the articles

  • The bank details for receiving the transfer (ABI Code – CAB - Current Account). If the buyer does not have their own bank details, they can provide those of a family member or acquaintance, authorizing Baldi Srl to credit the amount there.

  • The email address and phone number that Baldi Srl can use to communicate the status of the return.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller must refund the customer all payments received, excluding shipping costs, immediately or in any case no later than thirty days from the day the Seller receives the communication regarding the withdrawal from this contract.

The Seller may suspend the refund until the returned products are received, or until the customer has demonstrated that they have shipped the products back, whichever event occurs first.

The goods subject to return must be kept in the original packaging or properly repackaged, and must be shipped no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods via a trusted courier to the following address: Baldi Srl, Via Bologna 2, 51039 Quarrata (PT).

The deadline is considered met if the products are shipped before the expiration of the 14-day period.

The return shipping costs of the products are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Warnings

Pursuant to the applicable legal provisions on consumer protection, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the sale of custom-made products, for which the consumer's personalized choice or preference is decisive in their production, or products made for the consumer's particular needs.

Change/Replacement of goods

It is possible to exchange/replace the purchased goods, both in the case of an error during preparation and shipping by Baldiflex, and in the case of an error during purchase by the Customer, in this case with the only condition that the replacement is requested within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In both cases, the methods of handling and shipping the exchange/replacement are the same:

  1. Communication from the Customer regarding the need for change/replacement to Baldiflex.
  2. Agreement on the exchange/replacement conditions between Baldiflex and the Customer.
  3. Sending any necessary packaging material and preparing the return shipment.
  4. Pickup by the courier from the Customer of the goods to be returned to Baldiflex.
  5. Receipt by Baldiflex of the returned goods.
  6. Shipment of the new goods by courier from Baldiflex.
  7. Receipt of new goods by the Customer via courier.

Basic rules to keep in mind during the replacement/substitution procedure:

  • At the time of the request for exchange/replacement, Baldiflex reserves the right to request the submission of the necessary documentation to verify the reported problem (description of the problem, photos, videos, etc.).
  • If the original packaging of the goods to be returned has been opened, it will be possible to receive appropriate packaging material.
  • Upon the return of the goods, an inspection will be carried out on the condition of the goods' integrity
  • Delivery and Pickup by the courier do NOT occur SIMULTANEOUSLY.
  • Delivery and Pickup by the courier DO NOT occur ON THE FLOOR.

Responsibility and costs of exchange/replacement: In case of an error by Baldiflex, the replacement with a new product identical to the one ordered will be entirely borne by Baldiflex.
In case of an error during the purchase by the Customer, any exchange handling fees will be quoted to the Customer during the agreement phase.

Damaged products or those in improperly sealed packages will not be refunded and the damage will not be charged to the courier but to the customer.

Discount cards are not entitled to the right of withdrawal or refund.
