The right of withdrawal illustrated below can only be exercised by customers defined as "consumers" and not by those who purchase with a VAT number.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, even without indicating the reason. The withdrawal deadline is 14 days starting from the day on which the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer, other than the carrier, enters or has come into possession of the products (or of the last product delivered in case the contract relates to more than one products ordered with a single order and shipped separately).

in which the customer expresses his decision to withdraw from the contract. In this regard, the customer can use the withdrawal form below, the use of which is however not strictly binding for the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal.

In addition to the withdrawal form, you must also forward:

  • The copy of the order

  • The name of the article and articles

  • The bank details on which to obtain the transfer (ABI - CAB - Current Account Code). In the event that the buyer does not have his own bank details, he can provide those of a family member or acquaintance, authorizing Baldi Srl to credit you the amount

  • The e-mail address and telephone number that Baldi Srl can use to communicate the status of the return.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller must reimburse the customer for all payments received, excluding shipping costs, immediately or in any case no later than thirty days from the day of receipt by the Seller of the communication relating to the withdrawal from this contract.

The Seller may suspend the refund until the returned products have been received, or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent the products back, depending on which event occurs first.

The goods subject to the return must be kept in the original packaging or duly repackaged, and must be sent no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods via trusted courier to the following address: Baldi Srl, Via Bologna 2, 51039 Quarrata (PT).

The deadline is considered respected if the products are shipped before the expiry of the 14 day deadline.

The costs of returning the products are borne by the Buyer.

Warnings

Pursuant to the applicable legal provisions regarding consumer protection, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the sale of customized products, for the production of which the choice or personalized preference of the customer is decisive. consumer, or made for particular consumer needs.

Exchange/Replacement of goods

The possibility of exchange/replacement of the purchased goods is foreseen, both in the event that an error occurs during the preparation and shipping phase by Baldiflex, and in the event that an error occurs during the purchase phase by the Customer, in this case with the sole constraint that the replacement is requested within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In both cases, the management and shipping methods for the exchange/replacement are the usual:

  1. Communication by the Customer of the need for exchange/replacement to Baldiflex.
  2. Agreement on exchange/replacement conditions between Baldiflex and the Customer.
  3. Shipping of the new goods by courier by Baldiflex.
  4. Delivery of the new goods by courier by the Customer.
  5. Collection by the courier from the Customer of the goods to be returned to Baldiflex.
  6. Receipt of the returned goods by Baldiflex.

Basic rules to keep in mind during the exchange/replacement procedure:

  • When requesting an exchange/replacement for incorrect goods, Baldiflex reserves the right to request the sending of the necessary documentary material, aimed at verifying the problem complained of (description of the problem, photos, videos, etc.).
  • In the case of bulky goods, the shipment of new products will take place open, i.e. in their actual measurements (for example: NOT VACUUM PACKED for mattresses) duly packaged, so that the Customer can use the same protective material for packaging, IN A MANNER SUITABLE for shipping , the goods to be returned.
  • Delivery and collection by the courier DO NOT take place AT THE SAME TIME.
  • Delivery and collection by the courier do NOT take place on the floor.
  • The collection is booked with a courier authorized by us, approximately 2 days after the expected delivery, this to allow the Customer to have time to welcome and position the new goods and CAREFULLY pack the ones to be returned.

Responsibility and costs of exchange/replacement:In the event of an error on the part of Baldiflex, the replacement with a new product equal to the one ordered will be completely borne by Baldiflex.
In the event of an error during the purchase phase by the Customer, any exchange management costs will be quoted to the Customer during the agreement phase.

Products that are damaged or in packages that are not properly sealed will not be refunded and the damage will not be attributed to the courier but to the customer.

Discount cards do not have the right of withdrawal or refund.
